The Final Flight of My DJI Mavic Mini Drone
On Saturday, November 20, 2021, I crashed my drone into a tree that was perched on top of a cliff. The drone fell to the ground and one of its legs snapped. It was the 2-year old drone's 222nd flight.
I create local community programming as part of my job at Staten Island Community Media in Staten Island, New York. I most enjoy filming nature and wildlife. I also like using a dynamic style of visual storytelling using a gimbal and a drone.
